JPG to Vector Conversion, Redrawn by Hand

Turn a compressed, blurry or low-resolution JPG into clean, editable vector artwork. We rebuild every shape manually, so compression noise and jagged edges stay out of your final file.

About jpg to vector

Why JPG files cause problems

JPG is a photo format. It stores artwork as a grid of pixels and uses lossy compression, which adds blocky artefacts and soft halos around edges, especially around text and flat colours. Enlarge a JPG logo for a banner or a shirt and those flaws grow with it.

Why we don’t just auto-trace it

Automatic tracing treats compression artefacts as part of the design, so it creates wobbly outlines, extra nodes and stray specks. We use the JPG as a reference and rebuild the intended shapes with controlled Bézier curves.

What you get back

Editable vector artwork in the formats your project needs, typically AI, EPS, SVG and PDF, plus high-resolution PNG or JPG previews. Flat colours are rebuilt as clean, solid fills, and lettering is reconstructed or matched where possible.

Good to know

If a detail is too small or blurred to read, we tell you before guessing. Supplying another photo, a printed sample or the brand’s colour references helps us stay accurate to the original.

FAQ

JPG to Vector: Common Questions

Straight answers before you upload. More questions are answered on the full FAQ page.

Can you convert any JPG to vector?

Most logos, badges, lettering and illustrations can be rebuilt as vector artwork. Photographs are different: a photo can be interpreted as line art or simplified shapes, but it will not look like the photo. We confirm the approach after reviewing your file.

My JPG is tiny. Is that a problem?

Not usually. Because we redraw the artwork rather than enlarging pixels, a small file is often enough for clear logos. If details are unreadable we will ask for another reference or agree how to handle them before starting.

Will the colours match my JPG?

We match the colours visible in the file as closely as possible. JPG compression can shift colours slightly, so if you have brand values (HEX, RGB, CMYK or Pantone) send them and we will use them.

Which formats will I receive?

Typically AI, EPS, SVG and PDF, with PNG or JPG previews on request. The exact list is confirmed in your quote, based on how the artwork will be used.

How is this different from an online JPG to SVG converter?

Online converters auto-trace pixels, so blur and compression noise become part of the outline. We rebuild the design manually, which gives fewer, cleaner anchor points and artwork that is easier to edit and produce.
