Core vector service

Print-Ready Vector Artwork Preparation

A sharp-looking image on screen is not proof that a job is ready to print. We help turn customersupplied artwork into cleaner, scalable files, with attention to the specific output process and the information your production provider needs.

What this service covers

Artwork built for the application

Screen printing, promotional products, large-format graphics, labels, and signage can require different colors, sizes, separations, and file structures. We review the requested production method before confirming deliverables.

Practical file checks

Depending on scope, preparation may include vector reconstruction, outlining lettering, tidying paths, organizing shapes, or preparing agreed export formats. Actual press settings, trapping, bleeds, spot separations, and machine-specific compatibility should be confirmed against supplier specifications.

Avoid the rejected-file cycle

Common source problems include low-resolution logos, flattened images, irregular traced paths, and missing source files. We identify issues early so your print partner has a clearer starting point.

Give us your printer requirements

Send any available specifications, including finished dimensions, color requirements, software, and file type. We can quote the relevant preparation work and identify tasks that must be handled by your print provider.

FAQ

Print-Ready Vector Artwork: Common Questions

Straight answers before you upload. More questions are answered on the full FAQ page.

Is every SVG automatically print-ready?

No. Production readiness depends on colors, dimensions, typography, output settings, and the specific print method.

Can you match spot or Pantone colors?

We can work from customer-supplied brand or spot-color specifications when included in scope; printed appearance also depends on production materials and equipment.

Can you supply screen-print separations?

That is a specialist deliverable and should be confirmed and quoted separately from standard vector conversion.

Have Artwork That Needs Professional Attention?

Send us the file, explain the intended use and tell us your deadline. We’ll review the scope and provide next steps.

No obligation. Your files are used only to review and quote your project.
