Production artwork

Vector Artwork for Screen Printing

Screen printers regularly receive artwork that looks acceptable in a customer email but is unsuitable for production. We help prepare a cleaner design source, whether the original is a blurry logo, a flattened image, or complicated artwork needing reconstruction.

What this service covers

Clear shapes make better production inputs

Good vector construction can help a screen-printing workflow by reducing irregular contours and making editable shapes easier to manage. The correct line widths, color count, halftones, and separations depend on the actual print setup.

What we can prepare

Typical requests include logo redraws, shape cleanup, spot-color artwork organization, and high-quality editable vector masters. More specialized separations, trapping, underbases, or film-ready outputs require explicit scope and production specifications.

Know the final garment and process

Let us know garment color, intended print size, printing method, approximate colors, and supplier requirements. This allows us to avoid assumptions that can create problems later.

For decorators with ongoing artwork needs

If your shop receives customer artwork every day, ask about recurring or bulk artwork support. A repeatable intake process can save time across multiple jobs.

FAQ

Screen Printing Artwork: Common Questions

Straight answers before you upload. More questions are answered on the full FAQ page.

Can you separate colors for screen printing?

We can quote separations where the exact requirements and capability are confirmed. It is not automatically included with a standard redraw.

Do you make halftone artwork?

Halftones require print-specific settings; provide the printer’s specifications for a separate assessment.

Is this suitable for DTF too?

DTF and screen printing have different preparation considerations. Describe your print process so the correct deliverable can be scoped.

Have Artwork That Needs Professional Attention?
